About Englog
Digital Engineering Logbook & Work Management System

Englog is an independent digital engineering logbook and works-management platform built to simplify the daily workflow of government engineers and field staff. It helps maintain field records, tour diaries, work progress, inspection details, measurements and expenditure in one structured digital space — and also stores work files such as photos, estimates, agreements and other supporting documents.
Managing multiple registers, tracking submitted bills and monitoring the status of works is time-consuming and error-prone. With a single data entry, Englog automatically generates the essential reports — Tour Diary, Expenditure Register, Work Status, M-Book Movement Register, Progress Reports, Team Reports and Important Events Register — saving valuable time while improving accuracy, traceability and transparency.
The platform is simple, user-friendly and accessible anytime, supporting RTI-ready documentation and smoother day-to-day field coordination across public works activities. It is designed for engineers at every level — including Bore Mechanic, Work Inspector, AE/AEE, DEE, EE, SE, CE and field staff — as a complete digital solution for engineering documentation and reporting.
Englog operates as an independent utility platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any Government department or authority. Users are responsible for ensuring that all uploaded information complies with applicable departmental rules, confidentiality requirements and data-sharing policies.
Built with a vision to digitize engineering records and streamline reporting systems, Englog empowers engineers to focus more on execution and less on paperwork.
Our Mission
Englog is built to simplify the daily workflow of government field engineers — turning manual record-keeping into a seamless, traceable and RTI-ready digital experience. We believe modern technology should make field work easier, not harder.
Our Vision
To digitize every engineering register and eliminate redundant paperwork, enabling engineers to focus on what matters most — building infrastructure.
Our Story
Englog was born from the real challenges faced by field engineers who maintain multiple registers manually. We built a solution that auto-generates all records from a single entry.
Four pillars of a digital logbook.
Made for India
Designed specifically for Indian government engineering departments and their unique workflows.
Mobile First
Built as a Progressive Web App that works seamlessly on any smartphone, even with slow internet.
Data Security
Enterprise-grade security with end-to-end encryption. Your data stays private and protected.
Continuous Updates
We constantly improve Englog based on user feedback and evolving government requirements.
Water-supply scheme designs, built in.
Scheme Designs is Englog's engineering design module that helps water-supply engineers prepare complete hydraulic and capacity designs for rural and urban drinking-water schemes — directly on a phone or computer, without juggling separate spreadsheets.
It covers Multi Village Scheme (MVS) and Single Village Scheme (SVS) designs, economical pumping-main analysis, and segment-wise hydraulic statements. Engineers enter site inputs — population, demand, source, levels and pipe data — and the module computes head works, storage (OHSR/GLSR) capacities, pumping heads, pipe sizing and the full distribution network as per departmental design norms.
Each design is exported as a department-format Excel workbook with live, recalculating formulas and sheet-to-sheet links, so estimates, abstracts and hydraulic checks update automatically when inputs change.
Uses: preparing scheme proposals and DPRs, sizing intakes, sumps, pumps, pipelines and storage tanks, verifying hydraulic feasibility, and generating audit-ready design reports for sanction and tendering.
